Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every ST-01. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. This policy applies to all purchases made through amsterdamdynamics.com and is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Unopened / unused items
You may return your ST-01 within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all original components included. Returns received outside this window or in a condition inconsistent with these requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of that notification.
Opened or used items
We are unable to accept returns on ST-01 units that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit. This policy exists to ensure product integrity and quality for all customers. It does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in the United States, Canada, or the European Union.
Defective or damaged items
If your ST-01 arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at info@amsterdamdynamics.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs of the damage or issue. We reserve the right to request additional information to assess the claim.
Where a valid defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, arrange a full replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred. We will not be liable for defects caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
How to start a return
1. Email us at info@amsterdamdynamics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address within one business day.
3. Ship the item in its original, sealed packaging using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us — we recommend insuring the shipment for its full value.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the stated eligibility window will not be processed.

Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@amsterdamdynamics.com.
We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at checkout.
United States
This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law, including rights in relation to goods that are defective, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
Canada
This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act or equivalent provincial statutes. Where provincial law grants you rights that exceed those described in this policy, those rights apply.
European Union and United Kingdom — Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right is granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and, for UK consumers, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear written statement to info@amsterdamdynamics.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Your item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or receiving proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
