We stand behind every ST-01. Please read this policy before initiating a return.
Unopened / unused items
You may return your ST-01 within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Opened or used items
We are unable to accept returns on ST-01 units that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit. This policy is in place to ensure product quality and condition for all customers. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable United States or Canadian consumer protection law.
Defective or damaged items
If your ST-01 arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us at info@amsterdamdynamics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@amsterdamdynamics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address within one business day.
- Ship the item in its original, sealed packaging using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was damaged in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
